A Brief Overview
The Talent Acquisition Seasonal Coordinator is primarily accountable for supporting a team of recruiters in the achievement of high-volume staffing targets. This role will deliver timely results and provide a quality customer experience for internal and external candidates, as well as hiring managers.

What you will do

• Initiate pre-employment process. Monitor pre-employment screenings to ensure candidates are completing the process in a timely manner. This includes adjudicating in background check system and escalating when necessary.
• Work with internal partners to ensure candidate communication is consistent and accurate
• Ensure data accuracy for the steps they are responsible for
• Act as a point of contact for offered candidates prior to their start date. Ensure delivery of a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment process
• Communicate with leaders and manage pre-boarding activities to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, including legal compliance
• Performs other duties as assigned

Education Qualifications

• High School Diploma Required
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Preferred

Experience Qualifications

• Less than 1 year related experience Required
