What You'll Be Doing
- Support daily plant operations, including material handling and site housekeeping
- Assist with equipment cleaning, maintenance support, and basic troubleshooting
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment
- Load, unload, and transport materials as directed by supervisors
- Perform general labor tasks to support production and operational goals
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to work safely in a physically demanding environment
- Strong reliability, work ethic, and ability to follow instructions
- Capability to perform manual labor, including lifting, standing, and working outdoors
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including overtime when needed
Work Environment
This role is based in an outdoor industrial setting and may involve exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, noise, and heavy equipment. Candidates must be comfortable working in a physically active environment and adhering to all safety standards.
