Starting Pay: $17.50 per hour with opportunities for higher pay with experience

Mon-Friday: 8:00 am-4:30 pm

**This position is seasonal and will last 120 days

Requirements

• Scan inventory items using the Cubiscan unit 
• Enter dimensions into Netsuite and confirm matching data in Deposco
• Take pictures of inventory items 
• Attach pictures to item masters in Netsuite and Deposco 
• Coordinate necessary inventory movements 
• Assist with other projects as directed by the Inventory Projects Coordinator until the employment period is complete 

Secondary Functions: 

• Damaged Inventory 
• Evaluate damaged item packaging and determine suitability for use elsewhere 
• Repackage damaged inventory 
• Sort, organize, and consolidate damaged inventory 
• Maintain sufficient levels of repackaging materials 
• Unassembled boxes for griddles and accessories 
• Banding 
• Staples 
• Request boxes from Purchasing 
• Keep packaging item quantities correct in Deposco 
• Pull MISC or special orders from Damaged Inventory when requested 
• Assist Retail Store with stocking 
• Stage good inventory for movement to LTL or E-commerce as necessary 
• Participate in damaged disposition and pending obsolete initiatives 
• Manage non-inventory pieces (kit parts and accessories) 
• RMAs 
• Create and receive RMAs 
• Research and identify correct RMAs, and create RMAs as necessary 
• Stage good inventory for movement to LTL or E-commerce as necessary 
• Stage damaged inventory for movement to Damaged area 
• Audit the Returns location daily 
• Retrieve RMAs delivered to other buildings 
• FedEx / UPS / USPS receiving 
• Identify and process inbound POs 
• Receive inbound packages 
• Retrieve packages from the USPS, FedEx, and UPS facilities when necessary 
• Work with Purchasing and Sales to determine correct handling of inbound packages 
• Ensure mail and packages are delivered to the correct location 

Other responsibilities: 

• Break down and palletize empty boxes for disposal 
• Keep the RMA and damaged areas organized and clear of trash

Metrics for performance:

The Cubiscan project must be completed within the 120-day employment period
