We are currently looking for a Seasonal Assistant Golf Professional who is enthusiastic about the game of golf to join our golf operations team.

What You'll Do

As an Assistant Golf Professional, you will serve as an expert in our destination experience and play a key role in providing a world class experience to our golf course, pro shop and field house guests. In addition, to being involved with the day-to-day operations of the pro shop, you’ll:  

• Manage guest reservations, check-ins and fee collection while helping to enforce all rules and regulations of the golf course, golf simulator and indoor range.
• Assist pro shop guests with apparel, equipment, accessory and gift card purchases while answering guest questions and providing recommendations based on guest needs.
• Process guest service requests including rentals, carts, lessons, repairs and fittings.
• Monitor the daily operations of guest services, player assistant, and food and beverage associates.
• Ensure pro shop displays and inventory are maintained, stocked and presentable for guests.
• Prepare pro shop for opening and perform daily closeout procedures. 
• Assist with golf lessons and club fittings.

What it Takes

• Associate Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience required with knowledge of golf equipment and fitting of clubs strongly preferred.
• Working toward PGA Membership preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work non-standard work hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
