Spreetail is looking to add a Payables Associate for the next few months as we enter busy season. Not only will you work with payables, but this role will also have the opportunity to do analysis, some reporting, and assist with process improvements! How you will achieve success:
- Understand and execute end-to-end payables life cycle, including reconciliations and assisting in weekly payment processes, and analyze monthly financial statement accounts against prior month and prior year actuals.
- Ensure credit is received for outstanding memos.
- Document business processes and recommend process improvements.
- Gather data, create reporting, and provide analysis that drives action.
Experience that will help you in this role:
- Willingness to learn and use critical thinking.
- Knowledge of MS Excel.
- Exposure to analytical tools and quickly picking up on new software.
- Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions to resolve issues.
