Scrum Master (Mid-Level)

We are seeking to hire a Scrum Master (Mid-Level) to join our Professional Services team and become part of our success story.

What you'll do

On Stakeholder Management

• Deals with problems and issues, managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned, and the collection and dissemination of relevant information
• Collects and uses feedback from stakeholders to help measure the effectiveness of stakeholder management.
• Helps develop and enhance customer and stakeholder relationships, implements stakeholder engagement and communications plans

On Business Situations

• Investigates straightforward business situations to identify and analyse problems and opportunities
• Contributes to the recommendation of improvements
• Engages with stakeholders under direction

On Scrum Methods & Tools

• Reviews and improves usage and application of methods and tools
• Has an extensive knowledge of the Scrum framework, roles, events, and artifacts
• Able to coach and mentor teams on Scrum adoption and continuous improvement

On Change Facilitation

• Understands of change management principles and organizational transformation
• Able to inspire teams to embrace Agile mindset and new ways of working

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
• At least 5 years of professional experience with minimum 1 year in large-scale organization
• At least 3 years of professional experience as Scrum Master or Agile practitioner

The following will be considered as a plus:

• Experience on tailoring Scrum for operations environments
• PSM (L1 or L2) or PMI-ACP certifications
• Good understanding of large-scale methods (for example LESS, Nexus, SAFE)
