Working with a leading investment banking client to drive operational transformation through AI automation and MS Dynamics. This hybrid role blends Agile leadership with business analysis ensuring collaboration and impactful deliveryKey 

Key Responsibilities

• Agile Delivery Scrum Leadership Facilitate Agile ceremonies remove impediments and foster a high performing team culture
• Stakeholder Management Engage senior transformation leaders technology teams and operations to align AI Automation solutions with strategic goals
• Business Analysis Requirements Gathering Work with PO Product Owner to define business needs document user stories and ensure traceability from requirements to delivery
• Cross Functional Collaboration Work closely with technology data infrastructure and operations teams to implement scalable automation solutions
• Change Management Adoption Support business teams in adopting new automation capabilities ensuring smooth transition and user engagement
• Risk Compliance Considerations Ensure solutions meet regulatory operational and risk management requirements
• Executive Reporting Provide clear updates KPIs and progress reports to leadership teams ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Understanding of Capital Markets and CM Operations
• Commercial mindset and ability to identify opportunities and progress discussion with client
