POSITION SUMMARY:
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing projects related to real-world evidence generation, cancer immunotherapy, and clinical AI/ML. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sciences, preferably in bioinformatics, and possess excellent project management and communication skills. This role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a genuine passion for driving innovations in the field.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Management:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute projects related to molecular therapeutics, real-world evidence, cancer immuno-oncology, and clinical AI/ML.
- Thoroughly document project goals, methods, deliverables, and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as legal and laboratory operations to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met within established timelines and budget constraints.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Scientific Expertise:
- Leverage a robust scientific background, ideally in bioinformatics, to bring a unique perspective to project initiatives.
- Collaborate with our Scientific Communications team to externally communicate our findings and capabilities in posters, oral presentations, and publications.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the clinical and molecular therapeutics landscape.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand project requirements, expectations, and priorities.
- Work as a translator to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to quickly and effectively communicate the ‘why’ and ‘how’ when requesting resources for our team.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project status to leadership and other relevant stakeholders.
Team Collaboration:
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among multidisciplinary teams, including scientists, clinicians, data analysts, and software engineers.
- Foster a culture of ambition and hunger for excellence within the team, driving collective success.
Data Broker:

Serve as a bridge between scientific insights and actionable data, facilitating seamless collaboration between scientific teams and data-related initiatives.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement and uphold high quality standards in project execution, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.
- Proactively address any challenges, demonstrating a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Continuous software and analysis documentation review to keep high standards and identify where required level of clarity is missing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's degree in a scientific discipline, preferably bioinformatics or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a passion for driving innovations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
