PURPOSE STATEMENT

Rich’s is growing our SAP team, and we are looking for a collaborative, self-starter, and globally-focused individual to join our team to support Rich Product’s corporate business transformation strategy.  In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the testing activities within SAP project to ensure the successful implementation of SAP solutions. Your primary focus will be on planning, coordinating, and executing testing strategies to guarantee the quality and reliability of SAP systems. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, managing test resources, and ensuring that testing processes align with project timelines and objectives.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

•    Testing Planning and strategy in partnership with System Integrator (SI).  Developing comprehensive test plans based on project requirements.  
•    Collaborate with project manager, business analyst, and functional consultants to align testing activities and project timelines.
•    Lead and coordinate end-to-end testing activities.  Conduct functional, integration, regressions and performance testing as per the project requirements.
•    Ensure the completeness and accuracy of test scenarios and test cases.  
•    Manage tracking and follow-up for issues identified during testing phases. 
•    Coordinate and manage testing resources efficiently to ensure availability of necessary resources for testing activities.
•    Provide regular updates on testing and defect status.
•    Maintain comprehensive documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results.
•    Generate test summary reports and provide insights into the quality testing progress.
•    Stay updated on SAP best practices and incorporate them into testing methodologies

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

•    Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
•    Proven experience as Test Lead in SAP Projects.
•    Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
•    End-to-end SAP S/4HANA green field implementation experience desired.
•    Knowledge of testing tools, Tricentis and/or Panaya is a plus.
•    Experience in working in a global environment and understands localization requirements
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•    Thorough understanding of software development, governance, and project management in a geographically spread-out team environment
•    Food services or CPG industry experience preferred. 
•    Strong ability to establish testing plan, track progress and engage team in achieving established targets
•    Experience retrieving and collecting data across business systems
•    Critical thinking & integrated business process mindset

COMPENSATION

 

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.

 

Annual Range/Hourly Rate

$101,150.00 - $136,850.00
