What You'll Be Doing

Job Scope: Responsible for implementing, testing, evaluating, directing, training, and supporting SAP maintenance software and other related maintenance programs for Hargrove's SAP Client users.

Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Support clients in maintaining/implementing their site's automated, integrated Computerized Maintenance Management System (SAP).  This includes but is not limited to:

• Master Data (Equipment and Functional Locations)

• Maintenance Plans

• Task List

• Material Master

• Bills of Material

• Support clients for all Plant Maintenance and Material Management training associated with the Computerized Maintenance Management System (SAP).

• Supporting SAP for multiple client plants/mills.

• Support the clients in analyzing and reviewing all new SAP releases to correct errors before installation.

• Support developing and implementing computer programs that enhance day-to-day SAP end-user activities.

• Support the research to resolve SAP software problems.

• Participate in SAP system upgrade/enhancement projects as requested by the client.

• Provide services to the IT department when required.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of the client's CMMS (SAP) and other related programs.

• Support the client's continuous development of programs that enhance operations.

• Support the needs of the client’s departments and plants and provide a justifiable training program to meet their needs.

• Provide the client with core competent services for SAP.

Ideal Background

Education and Experience: A BS degree in computer engineering and 5 years of SAP experience, an associate degree in a technical or business-related field or SAP Certification, and (10) years of experience as an SAP Master Data Administrator/Consultant/SAP Lead is required. 

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry in excess of 25 lbs.
