Who are we looking for?

Responsible for IT production support for SAP EH&S via ServiceNow, ensuring efficient ticket management, timely resolution, and customer satisfaction. Collaborates with regional and cross-functional teams on enhancements, rollouts, and continuous improvements, and is consulted on rollout programs. Requires expertise in SAP EH&S, MSDS, labeling with third-party tools, and integration with external applications. Ensures compliance with global regulations and best practices while driving process transformation, system enhancements, and operational efficiency. 

What will you be doing?

• Design, configure, and implement SAP Regulatory Product Compliance (RPC) module, covering compliance master data, regulated substance volume tracking, registration checks, dangerous goods, product marketability, chemical compliance, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS). 
• Optimize processes for regulatory compliance, environmental reporting, and hazardous substance management. 
• Support risk assessments, audits, and safety data management in RPC. 
• Integrate SAP RPC with SAP EWM, SD, MM, and external regulatory databases. 
• Maintain documentation for all SAP RPC process changes, configurations, and enhancements. 
• Act as the escalation point for SAP RPC incidents and improvement initiatives. 
• Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes. 
• Support RPC change requests in global compliance forums. 
• Align SAP RPC solutions with corporate sustainability and governance goals. 
• Develop standardized SOPs, training materials, and best practices for SAP RPC adoption. 

Who are You?

• Bachelors in environmental science, Engineering, Industrial Safety, or related field. 

• 7+ years SAP RPC experience, including full life-cycle implementations. 

• Experience with Chemmate or with 3rd party tools and its integration to SAP.
