What will you do?

 

• Work in the internal Global Operations department of msg global.
• Actively work in the project of replacing current BI tool with SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Design and customize front-end of applications and ETL processes by request.
• Help setup and develop SAP Datasphere in msg global.
• Collaborate closely with other Global Operations departments (e.g., Controlling, Accounting, Project management, HR etc.)
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirement specifications. Be proactive in this role, by offering solutions and giving input.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and processes, verify the integrity and availability of all relevant processes, review system and application logs, assure timely execution of scheduled tasks.
• Maintain and support data analytics platforms and underlying data source systems.
• Hold training and workshop sessions for key-users and other team members.
• Create documents related to architecture and technical system specifications.
• Assure data quality across data source systems and BI platform.
• Manage user access and authorization rights.
• Professional handling of system related user tickets.

 

What experiences you should have?

 

• You need to have experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), in particular:
  • creation of stories and applications based on live data;
  • data transformation in SAP Datasphere/SAC;
  • data modelling in SAP Datasphere is an advantage.
• Solid background in SQL knowledge is essential.
• Project experience is an advantage.
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field with IT background.
• Familiarity with visualization concepts, GUI design (e.g., dashboards. reports, etc.).
• Strong analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude.
• Proactive, positive contributor.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Ability to effectively cooperate in an international team and communicate with international colleagues.
• Ability to evaluate, analyze and interpret information, and give advice based on them.
• Flexible attitude, strongly committed to quality, results driven.
• “Out of the box” thinker with basic financial knowledge.
