As a SAP CPI - PIPO Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Advisory Service Delivery Centre, where you will be instrumental in delivering premium, cost-effective services that enhance process quality and delivery capability for client engagements. Within our Digital Core Modernisation network, you will leverage your skills in SAP Technology to address complex business issues, from strategy to execution, and contribute to the success of our clients.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. Responsibilities

- Leading SAP technology projects, focusing on SAP CPI and PIPO integration solutions
- Managing client engagements to deliver business application consulting services effectively
- Guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of SAP technology initiatives
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) and SAP HANA to optimize business processes
- Developing and implementing SAP Fiori and SAP Analytics Cloud solutions to enhance client operations
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to support business transformation efforts
- Promoting the adoption of innovative SAP technologies and practices across client projects
- Confirming data integrity and compliance within SAP frameworks
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization in client engagements
- Coaching and mentoring team members to foster professional growth and development

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for business transformation
