Saks Global Properties & Investments includes Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus flagship properties and represents nearly 13 million square feet of prime U.S. real estate holdings and investments in luxury markets.

YOU WILL BE:

The Product Supervisor drives product setup and publication on Saks.com by coordinating with vendors, merchants, studio, and digital teams. They oversee item movement through the digital lifecycle, supported by the Sample Assistant. You will report to the Sample Manager.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• You will manage samples by category, priority, and schedule.

• Handle sample logistics, including receiving, tracking, and returns.

• Coordinate sample check-in/out for studio shoots and ensure return.

• Verify samples for accuracy and quality; report discrepancies.

• Maintain product copy sheets and accurate sample records.

• Support Product Supervisors and Managers with projects and cross-functional tasks.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

• 3+ years of experience with retail operations

• Can manage the repetitive nature of the role

• Work as an important part of a talented team

• Competent with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Slides) and/or MS Office (Excel, MS Word, OneDrive, PowerPoint)

SALARY AND OTHER BENEFITS:

The starting salary for this position is $40,000- 45,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
