Do you love cars? Do you have a knack for connecting with people and closing deals? Our dealership is looking for a Salesperson who turns customers into lifelong fans!

Key Responsibilities

Greet and connect with customers like a pro
Understand customer needs and match them with the perfect vehicle
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives
Negotiate pricing, financing, and trade-in deals
Complete all sales documentation accurately and timely
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build relationships
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and contribute to dealership success
Collaborate with finance, service, and parts departments
Other duties as assigned by management

QualificationsSkills & Qualifications

Have previous sales experience (bonus, but not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented with a passion for customer service
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
