Reporting into the Manager of Business Systems, the Salesforce Systems Analyst is responsible for providing business support, analyzing requirements, and developing the solution and guidance within the Salesforce domain. You will be responsible for proactively identifying areas for improvement and introducing innovations, factoring in customer needs, external approaches, and industry best practices. Establishing a requirements strategy for projects, managing projects, deliverables, supporting production issues and actively managing delivery based on user priorities are also critical.
This position is part of the Operations team based in Bellevue, Washington, and will be onsite, with the option to have some remote opportunities.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
Provide user acceptance testing and conduct execution of Salesforce released upgrades
Provide technical & software support for Salesforce.com and users
Translate business requirements into technical specifications developing new features and improving the existing ones to increase the functionality of Salesforce and its applications
Develop and/or enhance Standard Work and Auditing activities revolving around data collections, data integrity, and data compliance
Develop new features and enhance existing features of increasing complexity to increase the functionality of the Salesforce environment
Create and modify logic-based business rules, email alerts, and process flows to support continuous improvement and increased automation initiatives
Understand the integration and data landscape in order to navigate and use the data to drive business goals forward.
The essential requirements of the job include:
2+ years of experience transitioning from Salesforce Classic to Lightening
Salesforce knowledge: administration, data model, sharing and security architecture, standard Salesforce capabilities
Strong analytical and data-driven approach to provide solutions, hands on troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Previous CRM and/or ERP experience desired (Salesforce, Oracle, Navision)
Programming and/or SQL-related coding experience would be asset
Servicemax knowledge/experience will be an asset
