The Opportunity:
CACI’s growing Agile Digital Solutions Operating Group is searching for an experienced Salesforce practitioner to serve as an architect supporting the modernization and sustainment of a large portfolio of enterprise business solutions used by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). The candidate will be part of a team where complex problem solving, and communication skills are critical to success.
The candidate will be responsible for providing expertise in all facets of the Salesforce platform. Your primary role will be to design and architect comprehensive solutions that meet our client's business requirements while aligning with industry best practices. Working collaboratively with various teams, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of Salesforce projects.
Responsibilities:
Providing expertise in the Salesforce SaaS platform and related integrated technologies to create scalable solutions for Federal customers.
Oversee the development efforts and integration with the code pipeline for continuous integration/continuous deliver, ensuring alignment with industry and CACI best practices.
Work closely with stakeholder groups, developers, and other teams to support the implementation, sustainment, and maturation of Salesforce solutions. Provide oversight and ensure that the design is accurately translated into a functional solution.
Lead teams of Salesforce professionals to deliver value to the customer.
Lead overall product/capability roadmap strategy and execution, to develop, maintain and enhance applications on the Salesforce platform.
Provide recommendations supportive of the organization’s strategy for enterprise level applications, architecture, upgrades, interfaces, and enhancements.
Provide technical expertise to support integration of Salesforce systems with internal and external systems using web-based API technologies and middleware tools.
Provide guidance and oversight on use case development and testing procedures, ensuring quality products are delivered to the customer.
Oversee development and maintenance of system design and operations documentation.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
12+ years of experience leading solution delivery for US Government customers.
Prior Salesforce leadership experience, to include implementing and sustaining ServiceNow solutions in large-scale enterprise.
Familiarity with tools like VSCode, Salesforce CLI,
Understanding of the US Government marketspace, with an emphasis on solution development consolidation
Active Public Trust clearance with ability to obtain higher level clearance, if needed.
Experience in scrum and agile frameworks for development to include task management, performing stand-ups and sprint reviews, gathering requirements, and creating documentation.
Desired:
Prior project execution experience on enterprise National Aeronautical and Space Administration (NASA) programs.
Experience supporting Federal Government systems and solutions.
Knowledge of web development (Ajax, JavaScript, SOAP, HTTP, JS Remoting, Angular JS, CSS Bootstrap).
Experience working with Jira and the Atlassian software suite
Related ServiceNow and/or Agile professional certification(s)
