Salesforce Quality Assurance Analyst

As the Quality Assurance Analyst at our company, you will have the opportunity to work on new and exciting projects and develop your career.

What you’ll be doing:

• Analyzing user stories and requirements for validity and feasibility
• Collaborate closely with other team members and departments
• Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)
• Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies
• Provide timely solutions
• Apply quality engineering principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle
• Provide support and documentation
• Report bugs and errors to development teams
• Help troubleshoot issues
• Passion for delivering defect free software

What you must have:

• 2+ years of experience in testing web applications, and or client/server applications
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance per Federal contract requirement

What we’d like you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field: Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• Salesforce.com experience highly preferred
• Strategic perspective and business acumen - Looks toward the broadest possible view of an issue/ challenge; can easily pose future scenarios
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to communicate clearly and concisely
• Prior exposure providing testing deliverables within Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Experience on US Federal Government Projects
• Jira, Confluence experience or equivalent

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:

$76,848.00 - $130,642.00
