Salesforce QA Engineer

This is a remote position.

Role: Salesforce QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Possess 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce QA Engineer.

• Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications.

• Strong experience testing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex classes, workflows, and automation processes .

• Validate configurations, customizations, and integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Support Salesforce Administration activities including profiles, roles, permissions, and data validation.

• Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios based on business requirements.

• Track and manage defects using tools like JIRA and collaborate closely with development teams for timely resolution.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Perform root cause analysis and ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Demonstrate strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Maintain test documentation, reports, and testing artifacts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications are a plus (e.g., Salesforce Administrator).

• Experience with test management tools such as TestRail or Zephyr.

• Knowledge of automation testing frameworks is an added advantage.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
