Your role
- Require good consulting and communication skills to enable direct engagement with client to understand Marketing Cloud campaign requirements and define and design technical solutions to meet client defined Marketing business requirements.
- Build personalized Journeys in Marketing Cloud, Content Builder
Your skills and experience
- Minimum 7+ years Marketing Cloud Tech Lead or Architect experience with hands on Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation experience, including data source integration to support campaign list input, segmentation, and analytics
- Hands on experience with HTML/XML
- Build personalized Journeys in Marketing Cloud, Content Builder
- Extensive Experience in Data Extensions
- Extensive experience in Triggered Emails and reports
- Testing email with A/B Testing
- Implementing Social Studio
- Implementing Journeys using Ad Studio
- Experience with Return Path for Email Optimization and Reputation Monitoring, desired
- Experience with Audience Builder for high frequency and no SQL segmentation, desired
- Experience with Interaction Studio to deliver customer experiences in real-time across channels, desired
- Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Social Specialist
