About the Role

The Project Manager role acts as the owner of the Marketing Cloud Professional Services. Project Managers are expected to use Marketing Cloud applications and combine their business and marketing knowledge and subject matter expertise with the domain expertise of the cross-functional Marketing Cloud team to drive success. The work environment is fast paced and deadline oriented.  A successful project manager acts effectively in demanding environments, maintains composure, demonstrates leadership qualities, and communicates in an exemplary manner. The ideal candidate will focus on overall customer satisfaction and thrive on team development and shared success.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage project plans; monitor and review project progress and timelines; adjust schedules and plans as needed; and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success.
  • Manage day-to-day execution of project implementations. Assist with the planning, tracking, documentation and status updates.
  • Exercise solid project leadership skills combined with strong business acumen and in-depth analytical skills.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and assist with the creation of project deliverables, as needed.
  • Responsible for managing the scope as outlined in the SOW and mitigating the risk. In the case of any deviations from the original SOW, PMs are responsible for working with the delivery leadership to raise the appropriate Change Orders
  • Adopt a standardized development lifecycle methodology for all projects.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage the Salesforce platform and various integration tools.
  • Participate in end-to-end implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication and change management
  • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with client project stakeholders by providing vision and future product recommendations.
  • Work well with customers, internal technology and product teams to articulate issues and communicate effectively.  

About You

The essentials:

  • 10+ years of applicable Project Management experience
  • 5+ years of applicable Salesforce integration experience 
  • Demonstrated project leadership skills, with direct responsibility for managing project teams, budgets, and schedules.
  • Experience working within an established PMO process within a consulting environment.
  • Ability to work on and manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Experience managing 3rd party implementation/support vendors (subcontractors)
  • Experience with project management tools such as SFDC, Financial Force (PSA), Jira, etc.
  • Knowledge of various project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Scrum, etc.)
  •  

Not a must, but a plus:

  • PMP or other project management certifications
  • Certifications in Salesforce marketing cloud

What We Offer

Media.Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Media.Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Media.Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.

National Salary Range

$130,000 — $150,000 USD
