We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Lead Developer who will serve as the technical anchor for a team that designs, develops, and implements Salesforce solutions. You have deep and broad engineering skills and would like to build forward-thinking and innovative solutions with experienced teammates.You should have plenty of experience in working with stakeholders and other IT teams as well as assigning and prioritizing tasks of a team. You will:· Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions to meet the business needs of the company.· Oversee other developers, including assigning and prioritizing tasks, mentoring and coaching, reviewing and approving code, conducting code reviews, and leading and participating in technical discussions.· Help to develop and implement team best practices.· Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and deliver solutions.· Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues.· Keep up to date on the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices.· Develop and maintain Salesforce documentation.· Provide training and support to Salesforce users.· Work with other IT teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems.· Demonstrate commitment to our core competencies of being authentic, curious, creative, empathetic and outcome oriented. You bring:· 5+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform, including declarative development, programming languages, and APIs.· 3+ years of experience leading and mentoring other developers.· Strong technical and analytical skills.· Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.· Effective communication and presentation skills.· Experience with Salesforce architecture and APIs.· Experience with Salesforce security configuration, sharing rules, and user management.· Experience with the Agile software development methodology.· Experience configuring Salesforce, coding in Apex, and developing Lightning Web Components· Experience with JSP/ ASP, Java, HTML language is desired· Proven integration experience using integration techniques such as REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth, and Single Sign-On.· Thorough understanding of the Salesforce Deployment Process and tools. Extra credit:· Previous start up company experience· Experience with Salesforce Community Portals.· Experience with Salesforce release management tools (e.g. Copado, AutoRabbit, Gearset, other)· Experience with automated testing of Salesforce Competitive pay is standard.
