Job Title: Salesforce Engagement Manager
Your role
- Lead Transformation Projects: Oversee the end-to-end transformation from Pega to Salesforce, ensuring seamless integration and migration.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Project Management: Manage project deliverables, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce consultants and developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Pre-Sales Activities: Support pre-sales activities, including drafting proposals, demonstrating Salesforce capabilities, and negotiating terms.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
Your skills and experience

Experience: Minimum of 10 years in Salesforce consulting or engagement management, with specific experience in Pega to Salesforce transformations.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, cloud computing, and integration tools. Familiarity with Pega systems is a plus.

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration).

Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, or similar certifications.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of current cloud market trends and key industry players.
