Position Description/Responsibilities:

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions for our government clients. Your primary focus will be on coding, configuration, and integration of Salesforce applications, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal performance. Additionally, you will be familiar with front-end frameworks such as Angular and deployment in an AWS environment.

Position Requirements

· Custom Development: Design and implement custom Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages to address complex business requirements and improve overall system functionality.

· Integration: Develop and maintain integration solutions between Salesforce and other third-party applications, databases, and systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency.

· Configuration and Customization: Customize Salesforce configurations, workflows, validation rules, and process builder to streamline business processes and user experience.

· Data Management: Assist in data migration and data cleansing activities, ensuring data accuracy and completeness throughout the implementation.

· Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Salesforce applications to identify and resolve issues, ensuring reliable and error-free functionality.

· Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of code, configurations, and integration processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.

· Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices, proposing, and implementing improvements to enhance system performance and efficiency.

Required Skills / Experience:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:

· Salesforce Development Experience: Hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.

· Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and platform capabilities, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

· Integration Experience: Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and web services.

· Testing and Debugging: Proficiency in unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization of Salesforce applications.

· Collaboration: Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.

Additional Preferred Skills:

· Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certification is highly desirable.

· Salesforce DX: Familiarity with Salesforce Developer Experience (DX) for source-driven development and continuous integration.

· JavaScript Framework: Familiarity with, including components, services, and dependency injection.

· AWS Services: Familiarity with AWS services, such as S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and Cognito, for front-end application integration

· Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile development practices and experience in working within Agile project environments.
