Bio-Techne is looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to take on hands-on development and configuration across our Salesforce environments. You will build well-tested solutions from defined requirements, extend our integrations with other business systems, and help keep the platform stable and performing well. You will work closely with senior developers, admins, and business analysts, with room to grow into more complex design work over time.

Technical Development
Design, build, and deploy high-quality applications and solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce declarative tools.
Develop and improve integrations between the Salesforce platform and other business systems using Web Services and APIs.
Write unit tests that meaningfully validate behavior, and participate in QA and user acceptance testing cycles.

Document what you build so others can maintain it, and ensure configuration changes are well-documented.
Participate in agile ceremonies — sprint planning, refinement, stand-ups, and retrospectives — and communicate progress and blockers clearly.
DevOps & Delivery
Deploy changes through established CI/CD pipelines using Git-based version control, following the team's branching and release process.
Contribute to release management and impact analysis for the changes you own.
