Halvik is currently looking for a Salesforce Developer to support the implementation and maintenance of customized SFDC (Salesforce.com) solutions. Includes developing a thorough understanding of the client's requirements, then applying industry best practices and detailed knowledge of the software to design and build an optimal solution that supports the business process and meets or exceeds functional requirements.
What You Will Do:Builds a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and leads them to the adoption of the best solution.Works closely with the Software Implementation Technical Architect to ensure the solution is technically feasible and identify areas to reduce implementation efforts.Assists in quality management reviews and ensure that all business and design requirements are met.Provides online/remote support for the SFDC solutions by documenting and resolving customer service requests.Maintains documentation on support procedures, problem resolution, prioritization, and emergency procedures, as well as maintain and update a knowledge management systemMonitors System Health and Notifications (scheduled maintenance, outages, etc.)Performs and/or tests SFDC Release Updates What You Need:Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. US Citizenship, GC EAD.3-5 years experience with Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, or force.com) functional and application design3-5 years Salesforce.com (SFDC) systems implementation experience3-5 years experience building custom APEX and Visualforce solutionsProven ability to develop strategy and write, communicate, facilitate, and present to all levels of IT, internal staff, and managementCertified Administrator and Platform Developer I CertificationsHalvik offers a competitive full benefits package including:Company-supported medical, dental, vision, life, STD, and LTD insuranceBenefits include 11 federal holidays and PTO.401(k) with company matchingFlexible Spending Accounts for commuter, medical, and dependent care expensesTuition AssistanceCharitable Contribution matching
