We are currently seeking a Salesforce Data Cloud Architect to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Job Overview

 

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Architect to join our practice.  The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce Data Model and a proven track record in designing and implementing Customer 360 experiences on the Salesforce platform.  This role should be adept at architecting scalable and secure solutions while working with multiple data and integration platforms. 

Responsibilities

 

• Collaborate with all stakeholders to gather and understands requirements that translate into solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Document end-to-end solution architectures that align with requirements and business strategies that realize the benefits of the Salesforce platform.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce data model including data modeling, data integration, data mapping, and data governance.
• Architect solutions that ingest data between Salesforce and other systems using MuleSoft, APIs, or SDKs.
• Enforce data security best practices and compliance with relevant data protection and industry standards.
• Identify platform performance issues and bottlenecks to improve overall system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper ingestion of data from multiple databases and systems.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation that describes the platform configurations, integrations, and customizations.
• Proactively stay up to date with credentials and Salesforce updates and how they apply to the improvement of client platforms.

Qualifications

 

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related degree.
• Salesforce Certified including AI Associate and Data Cloud Consultant.
• Experience with integration platforms and ETL technologies. 
• Proven experience with the Salesforce platform and data solutions.
• Understanding of data modeling, integration, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of security best practices and compliance with PHI, HIPPA, and more
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
