Your role
- Demonstrate analytical and qualitative abilities
- Participation in each phase of at least 5 full Salesforce lifecycle implementations
- Management and successful delivery of all phases of at least 2 - 10 Salesforce implementations
- At least have a minimum 2 years of Salesforce project management experience
- Management of Salesforce projects from start to finish using agile delivery approach
- Deep knowledge of/experience with formal delivery methodologies
- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Responsible for the deliverables, cost, schedule, and quality of the project
- Develops, reviews and approves project plan(s) and scope; ensuring all facets of the project deliverables are met
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
- Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client
- Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards
- Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures
- Identifies and manages project risk
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
- Reviews the status reports of team members and addresses issues as appropriate
- A proven ability to learn new products, develop functional knowledge and apply new skills in a high paced environment
- Pre-sales experience including presentation skills and ability to demo solutions
- A strong teamwork ethic is essential
Your skills and experience
Year's Experience: 8+
- 15+ years managing IT projects dealing with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Salesforce Certifications
- At least 2 years of Salesforce Project Management Experience, including at least one B2C Commerce project.
- Agile methodology
