Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Salesforce Business Analyst (Service Cloud) who serves as an empowered team member and leader, deeply knowledgeable in both business operations and Salesforce capabilities. This role works closely with subject matter experts, end users, and development teams across Claritev business units to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements using industry best practices.
The incumbent plays a critical role in ensuring that project teams deliver solutions that meet real customer needs, particularly in the areas of Salesforce implementation and process optimization. This includes minimizing requirement defects early in the lifecycle, defining scope, designing scalable solutions, and maintaining alignment between stakeholders and project teams—especially on complex and evolving initiatives. The role also drives continuous improvement across commercial operations by identifying opportunities for innovation and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, translating business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.

Facilitate discovery sessions with business stakeholders to capture and document existing workflows from legacy systems, and translate them into streamlined, scalable solutions that adhere to Salesforce Service Cloud best practices.

Develop clear, concise documentation including business requirements, process flows, user stories, training guides, and release notes.

Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), validate configurations, and troubleshoot issues post-implementation.

Partner with development teams during implementation to ensure solutions are effectively delivered and meet business objectives.

Support and validate project delivery to ensure the solution meets the requirements.

Create training materials and support change management to drive adoption across business units.

Ensure solutions meet regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, CMS) and support audit readiness

COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $100k-$135k. Specific offers take into account a candidate's education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate's work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.

Minimum 6 years of experience in business analysis with expertise in salesforce service cloud

Computer related Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent work experience in software development

Hands-on experience leading discovery and migration efforts from legacy systems to Salesforce platforms.

Strong understanding of healthcare workflows including claims processing. Experience working with healthcare data sources.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
