Salesforce Architect

Zurich North America is hiring an Salesforce Architect to join our Information Technology team! We are open to hiring talent in our Schaumburg, IL location.

 

This position will have system-wide responsibility for complex components or complex projects. You will leverage knowledge of applications development methodologies and other technologies to produce comprehensive solutions within the agreed quality, service commitment levels, and schedules while providing direction for an entire project or a project team.

 

Other day-to-day responsibilities:

 

• Participate in Agile ceremonies
• Perform root cause analysis for defects
• Maintain JIRA stories

 

Basic Qualifications:

 

• Bachelor’s Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Application Design and Development area

            OR

• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in the Application Design and Development area

            AND

• Experience in 1 or more Salesforce.com implementations
• Developer (DEV401) Building Applications with Forcecom and Visualforce certification

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

• Platform Developer II Certified - Highly preferred
• Three or more years of experience in the Lightning Aura Component
• Two or more years of experience in Lightning Web Components- Highly preferred
• Four or more years of experience with Apex
• Four or more years of experience with API integration and Data Integration
• Four or more years of experience with Salesforce Batch Apex
• Experience with object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, relational database principles, and operating systems
• Four or more years of experience in design and development of enterprise systems
• Execution experience in the Agile delivery model
• Experience in working with project stakeholder at various levels in a matrix organization
