About the Role:

This position will report directly to VP engineering. Work remotely with a few other developers and product managers to provide solutions for the customer care team and keeping closely aligned with product engineering. Great opportunity to provide solutions at scale to real teams and real customers, using the best available technology and service.

 

Day to Day:

• Design and implement solutions in salesforce to enhance customer care case management, across channels like phone, email, and chat
• Work with exciting product, engineering, and support teams to gather requirements and priorities for roadmap
• optimizations like increased productivity and decreased handle times
• Specialization in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Expert in Salesforce architecture and best practices
