Compensation
At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members, and we are committed to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated annual base salary range for this position in the United States is $94,160-$124,762. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&C’s annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria.
Join Our Team as a Senior Programmer Analyst – Salesforce and Middleware!
Looking for an experienced Middleware & Salesforce Integration Developer to join our team. This individual will play a key role in architecting, implementing, and supporting middleware integrations using Informatica and MuleSoft. They will also contribute as a Salesforce Developer with strong experience in building custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce App development.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using Informatica (CAI and CDI) and MuleSoft
Implement Mulesoft integrations with Salesforce, Oracle EBS, Databricks, and other enterprise applications
Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration errors involving real-time and batch-based workflows in Informatica with Salesforce and Oracle EBS
Build and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Classes, Triggers, and Visualforce (as needed).
Design and implement robust, scalable integration points between Salesforce and external systems, ensuring data consistency and high performance.
Implement DevOps practices including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing using tools like Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives), project design process, and contribute to backlog grooming and user story creation
Document technical designs, integration flows, and deployment processes.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica integrations with Salesforce at an enterprise level, with a deep understanding of troubleshoot integration errors, creating new jobs, updating guides, and secure agents
- 3+ years of MuleSoft implementation and development experience, handling API-led connectivity, API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Exchange
- 3+ years of Salesforce development experience with proficiency in Apex classes and triggers, building Lightning Web Component, and declarative tools such as Flows, validation rules, and approval processes
- Understanding of synchronous/asynchronous messaging
- Proficiency in DataWeave, RAML, and MuleSoft connectors (especially Salesforce, SAP, and database connectors).
- Experience with event-driven architecture and message queues (e.g., JMS, Kafka)
- Implementing OAuth2, JWT, client ID enforcement, and other security policies
- Knowledge of API versioning, throttling, and SLA management
- Experience in managing CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated testing, and deployment releases
- Experience integrating with systems like SAP, Oracle EBS, or custom MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Informatica Certified Specialist or MuleSoft Certified Developer
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II Certification
- Implementing and managing MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar middleware applications
- Experience with OAuth, SSO, and other integration
