This position provides day-to-day support for Key Account Executives by helping manage workflow, data, reporting, and customer-related activities tied to high-value accounts. The Sales Specialist works closely with sales, operations, and internal teams to ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and forward momentum across key accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day support partner to Key Account Executives, managing a high volume of inbound requests and priorities.
  • Coordinate across internal teams to support key accounts, including pricing updates, account changes, reporting requests, and other sales-support activities.
  • Manage and maintain accurate CRM data, dashboards, and reporting to support sales execution and visibility.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing enablement of Key Account Executives by assisting with tools, processes, and required documentation.
  • Execute a high volume of ad hoc and time-sensitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactively identify issues, take ownership of tasks, and move work forward without requiring constant direction.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
  • Experience supporting sales teams, operations, leadership, or other fast-paced internal customer groups.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, reporting tools, and business systems.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft tools, including Excel and Outlook; familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with internal stakeholders at various levels.
  • Self-directed, proactive working style with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Other:

  • This position is in the office Monday through Friday each week.
