Sales Support Associate

As the Sales Support Associate for LATAM, you will play a strategic role in enabling our Sales organization to achieve its commercial objectives through operational excellence! Acting as a key business partner to Account Managers and internal stakeholders, you will own the end-to-end order flow, ensuring accurate and timely order execution, importation, customer deliveries, reporting, and communication. You will bridge commercial strategy and operational execution by providing data-driven insights and proactively identifying risks to improve overall business performance. What You Will Do:

• Own the end-to-end order flow for LATAM markets, managing everything from initial order validation and production follow-up to final delivery and billing to ensure customer commitments are met on time
• Partner with Key Account Managers to align priorities, identify potential risks, and coordinate cross-functional execution with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Legal teams
• Oversee order accuracy and compliance by ensuring all territory approvals, product requirements, and documentation are strictly met across LATAM markets
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and internal inquiries, proactively resolving delivery issues, claims, and credits while escalating critical risks to appropriate stakeholders
• Leverage ERP and business systems to maintain accurate order information while providing actionable reporting, insights, and performance metrics to support informed business decisions
• Facilitate cross-functional order reviews to ensure clear communication and accountability across outstanding actions, milestones, and priorities
• Support Sales teams by coordinating samples, marketing materials, and quote sheets while driving strategic initiatives to enhance the operational effectiveness of the LATAM Sales organization

What We Are Looking For:

• 3+ years of professional experience in international business, import/export, logistics, or sales operations

• Fluent bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)

• Strong understanding of INCOTERMS shipping processes and international logistics requirements

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with a proactive, team-oriented mindset and an unwavering attention to detail

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel alongside standard productivity tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Google Workspace)

Nice To Have: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales Operations, Operations, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field is a plus

• Prior experience working in the consumer goods or toy industry

• Direct experience managing cross-border shipments specifically to LATAM markets
