Sales Support Agent (Inbound Sales)

This is a remote position.

• Full-time
  
• 40 hours per week or 8 hours per day
  
• Thursday to Monday
  
• Could be 9-6, or 10-7, or 8-5 PDT (12am - 9am, 1am - 10am, or 11pm - 8am Manila Time)
• With 1 hour unpaid break in between
  

• Handling all incoming sales inquiries from various lead sources
  
• Answering questions and addressing concerns from potential customers
  
• Converting inquiries into booked appointments by building trust and rapport
  
• Managing communication with clients via phone, text, email, and other channels
  
• Entering bookings into calendar and CRM system
  
• Occasional follow up with existing customers on additional services
  
• Handle 80% inquiries via text/email, 20% via phone calls
  
• Target 25-30% closure rate from 100 leads
  

Requirements

• Excellent phone, written, and verbal communication abilities
  
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
  
• Strong listening and problem solving skills
  
• Reliability and focus during entire shift
  
• Passion for connecting with customers and building relationships
