What you'll do
We are seeking a Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst to drive pipeline analytics and operational efficiency within our Sales organization. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical approach, experience working in sales operations, and familiarity with sales and marketing KPIs. The ideal candidate has Sales Operations experience with a proven ability to deliver insights that influence business outcomes. You’ll collaborate across teams to own rhythm of business views, build dashboards for partners, build executive-level content, and support pipeline management through data-driven recommendations.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Sales Operations.
Responsibility
- Query, extract, and analyze datasets from systems like Snowflake and Tableau to evaluate sales performance and pipeline health
- Derive actionable insights from complex data and present findings to collaborators
- Build scalable solutions so teams have easy access to insights and performance
- Build content and decks for division and executive pipeline councils, focusing on critical pipeline metrics, trends, and key insights
- Monitor and report on pipeline metrics to ensure alignment with business goals
- Assist with weekly pipeline views for forecast calls and readouts
- Build and refresh content for division pipeline councils
- Partner with Sales, Partner and Marketing Operations and leadership to define KPIs, improve performance and track outcomes
- Refine and build operational models to support annual planning and target setting for different teams
- Maintain planning models throughout the year
- Deliver data-driven insights in executive-level presentations and dashboards
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, or a related field
- Experience with SQL, Excel modeling, and BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Experience with performance indicators for sales, marketing, and pipeline management
- Experience analyzing large datasets and transforming them into actionable business insights
- Experience creating and delivering executive-level decks with a focus on storytelling and data visualization
- Experience with sales and marketing metrics, pipeline management, and forecasting processes
- Experience identifying and implementing operational efficiencies to optimize sales and marketing workflows
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
Preferred
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, or a related field in SaaS or technology industries
- Experience with Snowflake
- Experience in SaaS, B2B sales operations, or high-growth startups
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities effectively
Wage Transparency
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $94,000.00 - $136,600.00 base salary
This role is also eligible for the following:
