- The salary range is $60,000 to $90,000, which includes base salary, commission, and bonuses.

- You will choose your sales route with an average of 15 appointments per day (all leads are provided)
- During each appointment with the apartment complex property manager, you will...
- Build rapport with the property manager
- Walk through a unit to assess opportunities
- Educate on our services and book repairs
- Reviewing sales routes, preparing calls, and performing minimal administrative tasks may be completed from home
- Ten-minute check-in with the Owner
- Within 24 hours, A live team member will reach out to all applicants
- Within 48 hours: We’ll schedule an in-person interview
- Within 7 days: The hiring process is typically complete
- Strong rapport skills and persistence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sales experience is strongly preferred
- Must be located in the Chicagoland area
- Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is to deliver a positive customer experience and cultivate lasting relationships. We focus on saving our customers time, money, and materials that would otherwise end up in a landfill.
- Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product, so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and odor-free in under two hours.
