Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Reporting and Analytics Lead to join our Sales & Alliances team. The Reporting and Analytics Lead will be responsible for managing and improving the accuracy and effectiveness of sales data, reporting, forecasting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of sales reporting and analysis processes and tools
- Collaborate with finance teams to define reporting requirements and design reports that meet business needs
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of sales reports by reviewing and reconciling data from various sources
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and support decision-making
- Train and support team members on the use of reporting and analysis tools
- Manage resources including direct management as well as indirect resources (that report to other managers) both onshore and offshore to deliver timely reports and analyses
- Develop dashboards and other visualizations to help the sales team track key metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on sales performance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales reporting and analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Proficient in programming SQL or pulling data from SQL-based systems
- Experience with salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
- Ability to lead through influence over authority
- People management experience
- Ability to establish key relationships and position oneself as a thought leader.
- Strong collaboration capabilities are critical to this role.

Additional Information
Anticipated Salary Range: $78,000-$126,500
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
