As a Foundation Recruiter at Gusto, you’ll flex to own a range of searches including (but not limited to): HR/People, Accounting/Finance, Legal/Compliance and Executive Operations. You will be a true business partner to our hiring managers, heavily impact Gusto’s hiring strategy, and hire world-class talent.

Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment process for the Sales high volume teams at Gusto
• 15 to 20 requisitions at a time (3-5 different positions) 
• Partner with hiring teams to understand their organizational objectives and drive a customized hiring plan to achieve those goals
• Create unique strategies to identify, attract, engage and close the best talent 
• Guide candidates through hiring process, providing them with a delightful experience
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Compensation, HR Business Partners, and Executive Operations

Here’s what we're looking for:

• Greenhouse Experience is required, and Workday preferred. 
• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Minimum of 2 years supporting a high volume Sales Organization 

• Experience partnering with hiring managers, guiding them through the whole recruiting process
• Proven experience sourcing and closing profiles ranging from entry to mid level positions

• Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent
• Experience building representative candidate pipelines and helping hiring managers create inclusive teams 
• Ability to qualify a candidate and understand what each candidate brings to the table, as well as connect that candidate with the right opportunity at Gusto
• At your best in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $90,000-$120,000/year in Denver. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.

 

 

Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role). The same office expectations apply to all Symmetry roles, Gusto's subsidiary, whose physical office is in Scottsdale.

Note: The San Francisco office expectations encompass both the San Francisco and San Jose metro areas. 

When approved to work from a location other than a Gusto office, a secure, reliable, and consistent internet connection is required.
