Flexibility with start and finish times between 7.30am and 4.30pm.

We are recruiting for a Sales Order Processor to join an established and reputable company based in Whitby.

This is a great opportunity to become part of a friendly and supportive team, working in a busy but positive office environment. The company offers some flexibility with working hours and a varied role where no two days are quite the same.

The role

* Processing customer orders from receipt through to dispatch.

* Responding to customer enquiries and providing order updates.

* Processing invoices and assisting with queries.

* Arranging transport and preparing delivery documentation.

* Liaising with transport providers to ensure deliveries run smoothly.

* Monitoring stock levels and maintaining accurate records.

* Providing general administrative support to the wider team.

What we're looking for

* Previous experience in sales order processing, administration or customer service would be beneficial.

* Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

* Confident communicating with customers and colleagues.

* Able to prioritise workloads and work efficiently in a busy environment.

* A friendly, positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
