Job Description:

   

HPE Financial Services is looking for a Sales Operations Digital Transformation Manager (DTM) for EMEA.

This role will be part of the HPEFS Digital Transformation team and is expected to be an active participant and positively influence the HPEFS Digital strategies. It will report into Sales Operation Digital Transformation Manager (Bruce Monaghan).

The role has four main focus areas:

  • Sales Process Improvement
  • Sales System Support
  • Sales System Reporting
  • Ad Hoc Sales Operations tasks as required

As the EMEA Sales Operations DTM lead, you will develop an understanding of business needs and strategies to then translate them into the underlying data capabilities, processes, and policies that will be then deployed globally consistently and followed through by data quality and adoption metrics.

In addition, you will work closely with HPEFS Leadership to build trust in the Sales and Sales Operations tools, processes and data, encourage the use of data-driven decision-making and enable digital innovations to improve the HPEFS Sales experience.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Process Improvements - Drives innovation and integration of new technologies and initiatives into sales operations tools and activities
  • Sales Process Improvements - Leads project teams responsible for the design and implementation of processes and tools to provide sales forecasting, analytics and metrics, quotes and pricing, order management, invoicing, and operations support across multiple segments and business areas.
  • Sales System Reporting - Consults with business leaders to identify relevant analytics, metrics, and outcomes for the assigned areas
  • Sales System Reporting - Develops overall sales operations framework, including forecasts and budgets, to meet resource and sales client needs
  • Sales System Support - CRM [SFDC], Order Management [GPO/Phoenix], Access Management [GUARD]
  • Sales System Support - Business User Training & Support, provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Ability to independently drive projects and manage a diverse range of initiatives.
  • Strong skills in planning, execution, and implementation & experience in building, organizing, motivating, mentoring, and managing global virtual teams.
  • Innovative approach to generate and nurture ideas and solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, leadership, and influence skills
  • Mastery of English and local languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like SFDC, Excel, Power BI, QlikView, and advanced data aggregation.
  • Strong customer orientation with a focus on helping and accelerating user skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of company operational processes, industry trends, and customer/partner requirements.
  • Solid financial and business acumen with the ability to understand commercial imperatives and drive strategy.

Education and Experience Required:

  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
  • 5+ years related experience in Leasing/Financial Services is a must.
  • Project management experience 2+ years
  • Quality improvement training required and certification a plus.
