Sales Operations Associate

Job Purpose

The Sales Operations Associate is responsible for assisting the Sales Operations Department in setting competitive rates, support managing our CRM/ZOHO, contract management, reporting, and resolving disputes.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in developing a range of analyses to support the executive team.
• Ability to create, interpret, and communicate detailed report data.
• Evaluate data from a variety of sources to gain insights into pricing strategies and market trends.
• Examine and assess data from a variety of sources and utilize them to provide set rates to Business Development.
• Integrate new and existing contracts into our CRM Database and WMS.
• Assist in reviewing chargebacks, disputes and credits.
• Other duties and projects, as assigned.

Requirements

• One year of related sales operations experience is preferred.
• Strong computer skills (MS Excel, MS PPT, MS Word).
• Ability to use spreadsheets and pivot tables.
• Experience in data analysis.
• B.S. Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Economics.
• Strong organizational skills/ ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
