About the opportunity

The Revenue Operations team is the driving force to ensure Exiger has a high-achieving, predictable revenue organization with well understood data. We are looking for a tenacious, determined, and persistent Sales Operations Analyst who is excited to be part of building a new and growing program (barely six months old). This person will be responsible for Salesforce administration, organizing CRM data, and analysis.

• Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure that the Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance
• Lead data integrity efforts to improve CRM data quality
• Proactively address system errors and identify opportunities for technical debt remediation to increase the stability and performance of SFDC
• Triage issue tickets and requests within an established SLA
• Manage the development of customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, stakeholder requirements and company goals
• Design and configure Salesforce solutions, including customization, data migration, and integrations.
• Document updates, workflows, policies, and processes in a digestible way
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards critical for business management

You ideally have:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in analytics, sales support and/or sales operations
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration
• Certification as a Salesforce Associate or Administrator
• Familiarity with and/or willingness to learn other sales technology systems
• Experience manipulating large amounts of data in Excel
• Ability to work and solve problems independently
• Intellectual curiosity and bias for action

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet proposed deadlines
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to shifting and competing priorities

This position is remote eligible within the United States, excluding residents of California, Colorado, and New York.
