Responsibilities include: 

  • Initiates outbound sales contacts to promote property offers and drive visitation.
  • Provides superior customer service and fosters positive interactions with guests and team members. Must be capable of handling difficult guests in various business conditions and work harmoniously with colleagues.
  • Meets or exceeds the minimum number of outbound calls on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, as established by the Player Development Manager.
  • Handles and resolves guest issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Focuses on acquiring targeted VIP segments from both external and internal markets. Cultivates relationships with potential high-value guests to ensure the continued growth of the customer database.
  • Ensures guests are informed of upcoming events and supports event execution through attendance and follow-up.
  • Coordinates accommodations, amenities, and services using system booking tools and/or through collaboration with property departments (e.g., hotel rooms, restaurant reservations), in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Utilizes casino systems to track comps and maintain accurate contact records for qualified guests.
  • Maintains the security and confidentiality of all files, records, and guest lists.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Marketing Department leadership.

  • Number of guest contacts per month
  • Guest reactivation within targeted segment groups
  • Conversion rates (e.g., hotel bookings, event attendance)
  • Achievement of quarterly growth goals with assigned players
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (including basic quantitative analysis), and communication tools such as Microsoft Teams is preferred.
  • Familiarity with specialty events and entertainment-related activities is preferred.
  • Experience in outside sales and CRM programs is preferred.
  • Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions, with accommodations as needed.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of gaming experience required; casino marketing experience preferred.
  • Ability to independently initiate, follow up, and complete assignments and special projects in a timely manner.
  • Strong professional communication skills with internal departments and external business contacts.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise good judgment, and use tact in all interactions.
