You'll build the methodology, onboarding, and playbooks that empower sellers and ensure new ways of selling land across our network. In this role, you'll embed a consistent sales methodology, a best-in-class induction experience, and high-impact GTM launches across all channels, roles, and markets. You'll partner with enablement managers to turn strategy into capability and capability into behavior that sticks. You'll also own Thrive, making our central platform the trusted source of truth for sellers.
