A Brief Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at TriNet you will serve as the face of a well-established, reputable company that empowers the small business community to focus on what matters most – growing their business. You will play a key role in identifying potential prospects and ensuring the integrity of our CRM data. Data qualification and integrity to integral to our Sales organization as it ensures we can prospect at scale and fill the funnel with qualified prospects. What you will do
- Use internal sales tools and resources to purify our CRM and identify quality prospects
- Attend daily meetings with your front-line leader to ensure alignment to purification strategy
- Complies with all policies and standards
- Regularly review, cleanse, and update CRM data to maintain data accuracy and alignment with internal ROE
- Collaborate with your teammates to create a scalable data purification model
Education Qualifications
- High School Diploma required or Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience Qualifications
- Typically, < 1 year Sales prospecting and research preferred

The salary range for this role is $49,920.00 to $57,595.00. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience.
Candidates hired into roles in the sales organization are also eligible for commissions consistent with TriNet’s commission plan.
