WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are in search of an innovative Sales Development Representative who can wear many hats, will positively enhance our work culture, and is eager to realize their full potential. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with extensive experience in sales, negotiation, customer service, and creative problem-solving skills.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Your role as a TOMIS Sales Development Representative will be both evolving and exciting. You will be working directly with the TOMIS team to develop, construct, and report on sales strategies. You will work with TOMIS partners on referral strategies, attend conferences and tradeshows, and conduct sales calls with potential customers to explain and sell the value of TOMIS products and services. You will also be responsible for managing TOMIS’ brand presence on social media, creating relevant case study content, blog content, and sales assets to assist with TOMIS inbound sales. This position will be an instrumental member of the Business Operations team with tremendous potential for growth.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2 years of applicable work or academic experience
- Highly organized with grave attention to detail and the ability to find the right answers quickly
- Solid understanding of sales strategies and ability to improve and adapt those for each lead
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Proven effective presentation and negotiation skills
- Drive to achieve goals and quotas
- Previous SaaS sales experience preferred
- Excellent time management skills
- Proven problem-solving skills
DESIRED ADDITIONAL SKILLS
- Hubspot and/or related CRM experience
- Experience, understanding, and/or passion for the outdoor activity/tourism industry
- Passion to learn new skills and work/think outside the box
