What You'll Be Doing:

• Greeting clients with a warm, energetic welcome
• Checking guests in and out and managing appointments using our POS system
• Serving complimentary beverages (yes, even mimosas!)
• Promoting and selling memberships and retail products
• Supporting stylists and assisting in overall shop flow and cleanliness
• Delivering a next-level guest experience from start to finish

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years in a fast-paced, customer-focused role (retail, salon, hospitality, etc.)
• Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems preferred
• Prior salon/spa environment experience a plus, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
• Passion for providing amazing customer service
• Ability to stand and walk for 6–8 hour shifts
• Calm under pressure with a professional, positive attitude
• Tech-savvy and confident using booking and sales systems
• Must meet age requirements for alcohol service (where applicable)
• Drybar complies with all local, state, and federal background check laws
