Job Summary:

Sapphire are experiencing huge growth in S4 Hana Public cloud, and we need a strong and diligent program director to join our team, to lead our larger and more strategic implementations. This role is entrusted with overseeing and ensuring the proactive success of S4 HANA Cloud project delivery in the United States. This pivotal role involves overseeing some of our strategic implementations in the US, supporting the project management team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in both the Professional Services and Software industry, with expertise in PS delivery and a background in taking a Program Director role, with experience interacting with clients at the most senior level

There will be a need to travel throughout the US to meet team members and also work on some major US programs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and execute our major S4 Hana Public Cloud transformation projects, working with our Solution Architects, SAP, and professional services team to deliver a successful outcome to our clients

Assume a Project Executive role on some of our smaller implementations, assisting and guiding other project managers to a successful delivery.

2. Proactive Issue Mitigation: Be a proactive problem solver, identifying and mitigating potential issues specific to S4 HANA Cloud projects before they escalate.

3. Delivery Methodology Champion: Champion the development and implementation of refined delivery methodologies specifically tailored for S4 HANA Cloud projects, continuously improving processes to enhance project efficiency and quality.

4. Customer Satisfaction: Drive a culture of customer satisfaction and success for S4 HANA Cloud projects by establishing proactive measures to meet and exceed client expectations.

5. Team Empowerment: Create and execute comprehensive training and mentoring programs specific to S4 HANA Cloud to empower the team with the necessary skills and knowledge for success.

6. Financial Oversight: Oversee the financial health of the S4 HANA Cloud project management team, optimizing profitability by controlling costs and increasing revenue generation specifically for S4 HANA Cloud projects.

7. Collaborative Engagement: Collaborate with the PS management team on fixed-price deals related to S4 HANA Cloud, ensuring projects are delivered under budget

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of program management experience specifically in S4 HANA within the Professional Services or Software industry
• Proven track record of delivering S4 HANA Public Cloud projects to a diverse customer base
• Ideally Certified with SAP Activate Methodology, but proven experience is mandatory
• Extensive experience using the Activate Methodology for S4 HANA Cloud projects
• Strong leadership and effective communication skills specific to S4 HANA Cloud projects
• Ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on S4 HANA Public Cloud projects
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities in the context of S4 HANA Cloud implementations
• Previous experience implementing S4 HANA Public Cloud into the Mid-Market.

Package & Benefits:

The salary range for this role is from $180,000-200,000 USD + a variable compensation component based on individual, team, and company performance metrics.
