Description

This position is responsible for providing guidance and measuring, collecting and recording data as it pertains to area of responsibility. 

Tasks

This position is responsible for providing guidance and measuring, collecting, and recording data (efficiency number every hour, glaze percentage, over pack, marination percentage, and DT) as it pertains to area of responsibility.  The position is responsible to assist with verifying belt checks hourly for all departments in PV, make PO’s needed for IQF, enter packing materials from IQFSTAGE to PO, verify WIP inputs scanned to the PO vs product usage from line lead, and enter DT to DOR and start frontside part of the DOR. The position is responsible to assist Management with notifications or alerts of any process changes or corrections.  This position is also required to complete various log sheets and any other duties assigned by Management.  This position must also be able to operate a forklift, handle chemicals, have a working knowledge of the PACE system, be able to complete level 3 HAZEMAT respirator clearance, and move and handle chemicals.  This position will be exposed to possible warm or cold temperatures, wet, humid or dusty conditions.  This position will require walking, bending, standing and lifting up to 70 pounds on a frequent basis. 

**This position requires basic math and computer skills.

** Must possess skills to complete Tyson paperwork

**Must be able to read invoices, packing slips, records of materials, etc.

Preferred Skills

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent another certificate preferred, but not required.

Prior poultry experience preferred but not required.
